Goal: Healthy and Fit

Alright Guys So Here’s Whatsup

So I know things have been dead around here for about a month.

But now I’m back!

I’ve been getting settled into my new apartment down here at school and working and I just finished my first week of classes!

So naturally-my eating’s gone to shit and my exercise has been low. 

But here’s the thing-

My best friend recently asked me to be a bridesmaid in her wedding in May. I’m super excited because I love this girl to death so honestly I couldn’t be honored more than being asked to be a bridesmaid so I’m super pumped!

We’re doing dress fittings in January. Which gives me until then to either a) get the body I want b) get close to the body I want or c) just keep putting on more weight and want to kick myself when it comes picture time.

Naturally the options I’m choosing are a and b. 

So I’m back everyone!

Things will be a little different this time. 

I have no scale down here, and even with all the massive online shopping I do, I can’t bring myself to shell out the money for it. Honestly, knowing me, it’s probably better if I don’t have one. 

I can’t go on 7.5 mile bikerides everyday anymore. Between school and the million other responsibilities I have, it’s just not possible. Hopefully, as my broken toe gets better slowly, I’ll be able to run again or find something else. Or hit up the free student gym here.

But yeah! Just wanted to let you guys know I’m back in full force and here we go again!

I really do miss the portion sizes in Europe from when I was in England. I mean, the food wasn’t the best (tasting or health wise) but the portions were just right it and it was awesome.

Hey Kids!

So I’m headed back down to school today so it’s gonna get even more dead around here for a couple days haha.

But thank you all for sticking with me so far and hopefully I’ll have pictures and posts about how I’m adapting to college life and dieting for you so it’ll be worth it!
